Ticket Fees
The DuPont Theatre strives to give each of our patrons the best customer service possible. Fees charged for buying tickets to events at our theatre help cover the cost of fulfilling your ticket order. These costs include labor, equipment, supplies and postage as well as the general upkeep and maintenance of the theatre. Thank you for your business.
Order Processing Fee
An $8.00 per order fee added to each ticket order placed by phone or online.
Internet Convenience Fee
A $3.50 per ticket fee, including the facility fee, which provides 24/7 internet support and service.
Facility Fee
A $1.00 fee charged for every ticket purchased by phone or at the box office window.
Discounts
Availability varies by production.
Senior – 62 years of age or older
Student – Full-time student 18 years of age or younger
DuPont Employee – Full-time DuPont employee with I.D. badge
Subscriber – Current Broadway Series Subscriber

Groups – save money and gain priority access
Groups of 15 or more receive a discount, and groups pay no handling fees or sales tax.
Groups receive one comp ticket per 15 paid, with a limit of 2 per group.
Groups have access to seating before the general public.
Groups may unload bus passengers at our own easy entrance, and free bus parking is available.
Pre- or post-show dining in the historic Hotel du Pont is just steps away from your seats.

Children’s Series at the DuPont Theatre
Introduce your children or students to the magic of live theatre.
Unless noted otherwise, all shows begin at 9:30 am or noon in Wilmington and 10:00 am and noon in Dover and are one-hour long. Study guides available.
